Brief History:
Fang the Sniper is one of the most infamous and renowned hunters on the continent. Not much is known about his past, but he has gained a reputation as one of the most efficient - and treacherous - hunters in the business, willing to take any job that pays good. He is almost universally despised by everyone from Sonic the Hedgehog to Doctor Eggman. As a freelance bounty and treasure hunter, Fang is rarely lacking for work.
Fang's first major known venture was his attempt to steal the Chaos Emeralds some five years ago. Having lost the emeralds to Sonic, Dr. Eggman hired Fang to retrieve them, even as he himself sent his legions to do the same task. Fang had no idea that the emeralds were more than what they appeared to be, but wagered that they would fetch a hefty sum on the black market, and decided to find them for his own profit. Fang managed to bag four of the Chaos Emeralds, and successfully eluded Sonic the Hedgehog. He wanted to gather the other three, but figured that by the time he was able to, Eggman would be onto him. Filling his Marvelous Queen with loot from Eggman's base, Fang made off like a weasel out of hell. Unfortunately for Fang, he didn't count on the interference of Knuckles the Echidna. The red guardian of Angel Island was already thoroughly peeved that Sonic was trying to steal his Emeralds again (in truth, this was just another lie of Eggman's), but he had an instant dislike for the grimy hunter. Knuckles ambushed Fang and took all four Chaos Emeralds, leaving Fang alone in a frozen wasteland with a wrecked aerobike and no Chaos Emeralds. Ever since that day, Fang has nursed an intense grudge for Knuckles, and plans for the day whe he'll slit the echidna's throat or fill him full of lead..

Attacks

Spring Jump: Using his powerful tail as a spring, Fang can leap high into the air, reaching normally inaccessible areas. By coming down on his opponent, he can also use this as an attack.
Rapid Tail Thrash: Facing away from his opponent, Fang can use his powerful tail to smack them around for up to six successive hits.
Tail Throw: Fang's tail is so powerful that he can use it to throw enemies over his shoulder and in front of him with it. Truth be told, Fang is even more dangerous attacked from the rear than he is from the front.

Abilities

Marksmanship: Fang is an excellent marksman, although the title "Sniper" is a bit of a misnomer. You see, while Fang has perfectly adequate skills to be called a sniper, he suffers from a bad case of trigger-finger syndrome. Fang likes guns, and uses them very regularly. While he is very accurate, the fact that he's predictable somewhat lessens his effectiveness.
Lockpicking: Fang is as slippery as... well, a weasel, and there's very few places he can't break into with his guile and skilled paws

Weapons

Magnum Gun: Fang has lots of guns, but the one he uses the most regularly is a nasty .50 caliber magnum handgun. It can drop just about anybody in a single shot.
Marvelous Queen: The Marvelous Queen is Fang's aerobike. Seeing as how Fang isn't too fast on his feet, he uses the Marvelous Queen as his main method of transportation. It is a very fast vehicle, allowing Fang to keep up with the likes of Knuckles and Tails if not Sonic and Shadow.

Relatives: Witchcart (grandmother)

Likes: Robbery, theft, con jobs, breaking and entering

Dislikes: Delays in his work, stubborn targets, being broke, his grandmother and her dog Fuckawulf

Personality: Fang is very crafty, devious, and outright treacherous. Although he is by nature rude and foul-mouthed, he can talk so well when he wants to that he can deceive just about anyone he wants to. His history of betraying his own employers has left him one of the most despised hunters in the business. Although he still takes jobs, nowadays he's more self-employed, looking for whatever treasure will bring him the most money. Money is Fang's only mistress, and he'll do anything for it: anything from kidnapping to theft to filling his own mother (or preferably grandmother) full of lead. Fang doesn't care, as long as he gets the cash.
